Jegan Thamraj
Role: Head - Bengaluru and Chennai Programmes
Jegan has done his Masters in Social work. He strongly believes that education is the best tool to eradicate poverty. Jegan plays a critical role in creating various social sector models both in education and livelihood area. He led many social initiatives in organizations such as Dr.Reddys Foundation, Naandi Foundation, and Yuvaparivartan and is also the founder of the innovative initiative called “Fulfil a Wish”. Jegan has received few awards including “Young Social Worker of the year “by JBC in year 2008. He is an active Member of UNV and Nabuur International. He has led many successful campaigns on the theme that “Education Should Come Freely”.

Latha K
Role: She is responsible for Education and Volunteering initiatives of TMF at Bengaluru
She is the Associate Manager (Education) of Tech Mahindra Foundation, where she identifies projects, implements agencies and ensures implementation of the project and achievement of the desired objectives. She completed her Masters in Elementary education, Diploma in Montessori System of Education, MPhil (Fishery Biology) and M.Sc (Zoology). Her success mantra: There is no elevator to success. We have to take the stairs” She is a hardworking woman who was awarded the Best Performer certificate in March 2014 by TMF.

Dominic Thomas
Role: He is responsible for the Employability initiatives of TMF & drive volunteering at Bangalore.
Dominic Thomas is a proud Christite - Bangalore which taught him to have no limits. Currently he takes care of the Skill development programs and volunteering in Bangalore chapter. He has completed Master’s in Social Work from Christ University and BA (Journalism, Psychology and English Literature) from Bangalore University. Prior to TMF, he has worked with Dream A Dream and Lovedale Foundation as a skill trainer and assistant manager, looking after the vocational training programs, grant management, developing proposals, collaboration with corporate, human resource management and taking care of education programs.

Dr. Zubeeda Quraishy
Role: She is responsible for all the Educational initiatives of TMF at Chennai and support volunteering initiatives at the location
Born in Madras, now known as Chennai, in a Muslim family with a broader outlook towards life she pursued her education in Chennai from schooling till doctorate. She received her doctorate in Anthropology from University of Madras. After her completion of Ph.D, she was awarded with Post doctoral fellowship from University Grants Commission, New Delhi and it is during these years that her interest developed in doing research on environment, health and education related aspects and presentations were made at national and international forums. Also she was awarded with a three month scholarship from University of Hamburg- Germany to participate in a course on ’Information’ in year 2000. Dr. Zubeeda Quraishy had the distinction of being employed by University of Oslo, Norway to work as part time faculty in Dept. of Informatics, and full time Project Coordinator, on Health Information Systems Programme implemented in India from 2001-2005. She has worked in reputed national and international organizations and institutions and has more than 15 years of research experience. Currently she is associated with Tech Mahindra Foundation, Chennai as Manger- Education.

Jesuraj Ratchagar
Role: He is responsible for the Employability initiatives of TMF & drive Volunteering programs at Chennai
Jesuraj Ratchagar has over 8 years of experience working with International and national in Civil Society organisation and building capacity to advocate and manage development programs. He specialised in Community development, especially program development and project management. He has a good liaising, project & grant management skills. His area of interest is in community development, youth skill development, disability & development, advocacy and liaising with government. He holds PG Diploma in Human Resource Management from Pondicherry University and Masters in Social Work Degree from Madras University.

Shormi Roy Choudhury
Role: Head- Kolkata and Bhubaneswar
She is currently the head of Kolkata & Bhubaneswar Projects. She has done her Masters in Political Science from Calcutta University. She has been a volunteer with Catholic Social Service, Phoenix, Arizona, teaching English to Cuban refugees, she has also volunteered with Lifeline Foundation, a suicide prevention center, worked with Help Age India from 2000-2013 in different roles as Corporate Fund raiser, Executive –Mobile Medicare Units, Manager-Mobile Medicare Units and as Head of Age Care Services. The projects within her purview were the HelpAge india Old Age Home, which she was instrumental in setting up, Dementia Day Care Center, Elders Helpline, Physiotherapy Unit, Mobile Medicare Units and Stationery Medical Unit. Shormi loves working for TMF, she also believes that we have a lot of scope to innovate and improvise the projects in our respective cities so that the beneficiaries are benefitted.

Ruchi Arora
Role: She is responsible for the Employability and Education and volunteering vertical within the organization in Kolkata.
Education and volunteering within the organization in Kolkata. Ruchi is a Post Graduate Diploma holder in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management from Bharatiya Vidya Bhawan. She is a B. Comm graduate from Goenka College of Commerce and Business Administration, Kolkata. She did her schooling from St. Augustine’s Day School, Kolkata and comes with nine years of total working experience with over three and a half years of experience in the development sector. Worked with esteemed organizations in the social work sector such as, Vikramshila Education Resource Society, Reach India Trust and currently associated with Tech Mahindra Foundation since one year. Core competencies lie in working with the youth, capacity building, training and facilitation, counselling, organizing events, data management and documentation. A team player, self-motivated, result-oriented, and adaptive and committed to reaching goals while maintaining a positive attitude.

Rashmi Ranjan Mohanty
Role: He is responsible for volunteering activities within the organization in Bhubaneswar
He is the Executive at the Tech Mahindra , he has around Eleven years of experience in the Services industry of which seven years were spent in Satyam Computer Services Limited as the chapter head of Bhubaneswar , two years in Aptech, Puri as an administrator and 2 years in Tech Mahindra as an Executive of the Bhubaneswar branch. He completed his B.A. from Utkal University then received his Diploma from Aptech; Puri and then completed his Masters in Social Work from Shree Vinayaka Mission University. Rashmi has been involved in organizing at least three Blood Donation Camp in a year at Tech Mahindra. During Car Festival and Jagar Yatra at Puri, he has also organized the distribution of food packets, providing drinking water, providing missing information camp and providing first-aid facility to the pilgrims.

Rajesh Kumar Singh
Role: Head - Delhi and Chandigarh Programmes
He is currently designated as the Location Head of Delhi-NCR and Chandigarh. He studied M. Phil. In Social Work, Masters in Social Work (MSW), LLB (Bachelor of Law) and did P.G. Diploma in IRPM (Industrial Relations and Personnel Management). He is a glorious leader who has been awarded the Best Team Leader and Valuable Team Player by TMF, Best Team Leader by MII and the Best Sub Regional Coordinator by SM Net Bihar (UNICEF Initiative). He has also been a Nodal Officer for Flood Response in Kosi Region for UNICEF. He earlier worked as a National Consultant ACSM (Advocacy Communication and Social Mobilization) for RNTCP (Revised National Tuberculosis Control Programme) for Ministry of Health and Family Welfare – Government of India based at Nirman Bhawan New Delhi. Before that worked as Regional Coordinator for Micronutrient Initiative (India) to support VAS (Vitamin A Supplementation) programme through divisional coordinators in UP; as Sub Regional Coordinator to support the Polio Eradication Program for SM Net (Social Mobilization Network) Bihar (UNICEF initiatives) at Kosi sub region (one of the toughest topography of Bihar) and setup a strong social mobilization network with 350+ members in the sub region.

He is the Associate Manager who has completed Masters in Social Work, M.A. (Political Science) and B.Sc. Agriculture (Hons). He has more than 12 years of experience in the development sector in the field of Disability, Cancer, Street Children, Health and Construction. He has worked with Action Aid India, Bill and Melinda Gates foundation, ASTHA and Chetna. He is light-hearted person with a good sense of humor who makes the most of every moment. He has been awarded as the Best Performer by TMF for his excellence in volunteering.

Avneet Kumar
Role: He is responsible for the SMART programme
He has been designated as the Associate Manager under the employability section of Tech Mahindra Foundation. He has done LLB (Bachelors in law), Masters in Social Work(MSW), P.G. Diploma In Child Rights (PGDCR) & Bachelors in Business Studies (Hons). He has worked as a Programme Officer in Skill Development Programme with Ambuja Cement Foundation(the CSR firm of Ambuja Cement Ltd) Dadri and with Mamta Health Institute for Mother and Child. He has also worked as a Programme Coordinator with Dr. A.V Baliga Memoria Trust Delhi and as a Welfare Officer with Department of Women and Child Development, Government of Delhi in 2009-10, as a Programme Officer with Mamta Health Institute for Mother and Child and worked as a State Coordinator on Rural Tourism Programme with Samar Foundation Trust, Uttarakhand in 2007-2008.

Vijendra Kumar

He is the Associate manager who has done BA, Post Graduate Diploma in Human Rights, LLB and MBA. He has 12 Years of Experience in Social Development Sector, also worked on issues like Vocational Training, Health, Child Rights, Refugee Rights etc. with profile of management, research & Advocacy. In his free time he listens to Hindi and Urdu Ghazals and old Hindi songs. He is a vivacious reader of fiction and patriotic poems. He believes that before becoming anything one must first be a good human being. He moves with an air of positivity encouraging his peers and juniors to work with zeal.

Priyanka’s work involves the co-creation and implementation of various Education models, through partners, on the ground, program development and management, partner organization capacity building, financial inclusion as part of multi stakeholder solutions for social impact. Priyanka has been a Gandhi fellow at Kaivalya Education Foundation and holds her graduation from Delhi University.

Sudheer Babu:
Role: Head- Hyderabad and Visakhapatnam.
Mr.Sudheer Babu has done Diploma Tool & Die Making from NTTF and done his B.Tech in Engineering Technology & M.Tech in manufacturing management from BITS, Pilani. He is having 20 years of experience in which 5 years in Manufacturing industry and 15 years in skill development & Vocational training in various parts of India. His core expertise is to set up skill development centers to national & international standards. He travelled to Europe and various Asian countries to study their education systems. In his experience he involved in setting up many skill development projects. Indo German Institute of Advanced Technology (IGIAT), Vishakhapatnam and Vivekananda Institute of Vocational & Entrepreneurial Competence (VIVEC), Vadodara are few to name His last assignment with GIZ – Formerly known as GTZ (A Germen Government Organisation working for sustainable development across the globe) includes Technical support and setting up of project along with Government of Karnataka namely Karnataka Germen Technical Training Institute at Hubli.
Sai Prasad
Role: He is responsible for the Employability & Volunteering programs at Vishakhapatnam
A graduate from Andhra University, Sai Prasad also worked with Dr. Reddy’s Foundation and Sri Satya Sai Educational Society, Noble Exports, Van Heusen before joining TMF. He has extensive experience in vocational training and worked for the Livelihoods Forum of Mahindra Satyam Foundation for about 6 years. His strength lies in driving the vocational training programme of the Foundation and ensuring excellent placements for the SMART graduates. Sai is a friendly person who mingles with everyone easily. A man with a macho voice and cool attitude, he has a very helpful nature and goes out of his way to help colleagues.
Sabari VK:
Role: She is responsible for the Employability & Disability Programs at Hyderabad
A senior administrative professional turned content writer with a wide range of experience in the administrative field, creative writing and a social development worker. Sabari studied English literature and Social Work with specialisation in Personnel Management, labour laws and Industrial relations from Hyderabad. She has excellent communication and writing skills. Before joining TMF, Sabari also worked with Quest Marketing & ICFAI University. She now handles the SMART, SMART + and ARISE + projects in TMF – Hyderabad with great passion and skill.
Sahitya Reddi Sunki Reddi
Role: She is responsible for the Education & Volunteering Programs at Hyderabad
: A Post Graduate in Social Entrepreneurship, Sahitya also has a Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering. She has more than 8 years of experience in planning, developing and implementing projects in the areas of Education, Persons with Disability and Volunteering. Sahitya is very resourceful and a thorough professional with a never ending appetite for new challenges. She is also an analytical thinker with a unique ability to resolve conflicts. Good listening skills & perseverance add to her repertoire. Ever since she joined, she has singlehandedly led the entire volunteering programme in Hyderabad. She also won an award for Women Empowerment for enacting and writing the best skit.
Satyanarayanan Goud G
Role: He is responsible for Employability & Disability Programs at Hyderabad
G. Satyanarayan Goud who is currently working as an Executive in Tech Mahindra Foundation. He has pursued S.S.C. from Board of Secondary, Intermediate from Board of Intermediate and B. Com from Osmania University. He is a man who sets high targets for himself, accepting challenges by utilizing his skills & knowledge. He has worked as the Sr. Associate in Mahindra Satyam Foundation for 6 long years. He is a very friendly and light hearted Sincere and an honest person. His friendly nature and great knowledge has always been a plus point for him. This attentive, quiet man loves to take his work outside.

Srushti Bangera
Role: She is responsible for Smart and Volunteering Programmes in Mumbai
After completing her BSc in Human Development and Specializing in Developmental Counselling by SVT College of SNDT University, she walked her way to Masters in Social Work (2009-2011) from Nirmala Niketan College, Bachelor in Home Science, Human Development Branch (Specialized in Developmental Counseling) in 2008-2009 from SVT College of Home Science; SNDT University, she also completed her HSC in 2006 from SVT College of Home Science, SNDT University and passed her SSC in 2004 from Mary Immaculate Girls School, Maharashtra Board. She has worked very hard with the Waste Management society, Aftercare Associate, Mumbai and with the E-Learning Program in BCPT as a Team Leader at the Mumbai level. She has also worked as an intern during her post graduation and masters with Larsen and Toubro, Powai: Psychiatry Department, Sir J. J. Hospital, Byculla. And Door Step School Organization where she developed resources for Door step school by linking with colleges in South Mumbai for volunteer ship and with Ali Yavar Jung for testing children suffering from hearing disability.

He is a Registered Member of Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) & Marathi Manas Shastra Parisad. Chandrakant is handling Mumbai programmes at TMF. He has worked with Aangan NGO, Dr. Tambe’s Psychological Health Centre, as a Consultant Clinical Psychologist & Psychotherapist and Yuva Parivartan, A Livelihood project for school dropout youth & inmates.

Neha Soneji
Role: She is responsible for Education Programmes at Mumbai
She graduated from Vivekananda Education Society’s Institute Of Technology as an Instrumentation Engineer in 2009. she worked with Accenture Services Pvt. Ltd for 2.5 years post which she shifted her career gears to Education Sector permanently. She got exposure to ground level realities about the Indian Education system during her teaching fellowship with Teach for India. For 2 years, she taught 5th and 6th grade students in a low income private school in Mumbai which by far has been the most enriching experience for me. Post her fellowship, she worked as a Program Manager with Teach for India where she trained and coached teachers to be potential leaders in their classrooms as well as in the movement of eradicating educational inequity.

Vijay Wavare
Role: Head- Pune location
Vijay has done MA in social work and pre doctoral course form Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai. Presently he is perusing PhD from the same institute . He has a working experience of 16 years in the development sector including 10 years’ experience in the field of CSR. He has worked with IHMP (Institute of Health Management) as a research officer and in 5 group companies of the ‘Avantha’ Group, namely BGPL, BILT, Solarise Chem Tech. Ltd (SCL), GGCL and Avantha Power Limited. Vijay has been a part of TMF team since 2010 and is working as an Associate Manager. He has also volunteered for developing curriculum for ‘social work practice’ for the post graduate students of the Women’s Study Center (WCS) of the University of Pune. He has a deep knowledge of the development sector.

Manoj is a M.S.W. from Tata Institute of Social Sciences specialized in Urban and Rural Community Development, having work experience of 13 years in the field of Developmental Sector and CSR. He has exceptional skills in Project implementation, Project administration, Strategic planning. He has a work experience with Children, youth and women in Urban and Rural area and has closely worked with different government departments. Prior to coming to TMF, Manoj worked with various organisations like Socio- Economic Development Trust, India Sponsorship Committee, H.V. Desai Eye Hospital, ORBIS (USA) International, Centre for Youth Development and Activities (CYDA), Ambuja Cement Foundation.
